75 : TIPPING POINT

Devraj opened his gallery again, almost as if his fingers had developed a habit they could not break. The screen filled with Mishthi’s pictures, one after another, moments frozen in time where she was smiling, laughing, living without the weight that now existed between them. He stared at them for a long time, his eyes softening in a way they rarely did anymore. Slowly, his thumb moved across the screen, tracing her face gently, as if he could feel her presence through that glass.

“I think you are fine… maybe staying away from me is what is right for you now. Everything is already ruined.”
